A residential tower is judged by three things: its design, its engineering and how it feels to live in every day. Sobha Kismatpur's twin residential towers, each rising to around 52 floors, are being planned to excel on all three. The project now carries the name Sobha Amara.
With only two towers on an approximately 5-acre plot, the design allows generous spacing between the buildings. That spacing improves privacy between homes, allows more daylight into apartments and leaves room for landscaped podiums and a grand G+5 floor clubhouse.
Each tower will house 3 and 4 BHK homes ranging from around 1550 to 3000 sq.ft. The tower design is expected to focus on efficient cores, multiple high-speed lifts, well-lit lobbies and premium arrival experiences.
